This product is designed for copper wire harness, although other materials may be possible upon testing and qualification.

Branson's 40MA is a compact type ultrasonic metal spot welder. It is equipped with a "nodal support mechanism" that maintains parallelism of the anvil during joining by supporting the nodes of the horn with a special vibrating body block to maintain stable joining. The actuator is also available as a stand-alone unit for installation on automatic machines.
